Participating Institutes Board
The Board is composed of scientific representatives of each of the institutes participating in the PhenomUK Research Infrastructure scoping activity.
The Participating Institutes Board meets twice a year to consult around the scoping activity programme and performance, identify service gaps and contribute to the development of a full UKRI Infrastructure Fund project proposal. At project launch this comprises representatives of 18 academic institutions, each of which is active in plant phenomics and committed to continuing that activity for the duration of the project.
Each institution’s representative is appointed according to that institution’s internal processes. Ability to speak on behalf of the participating institution is important, and as such assurances of delegated authority may be needed.
